**vcfinfo2qual**

# SYNOPSIS

**vcfinfo2qual** [key] [vcf_file]

# DESCRIPTION

Sets QUAL from info field tag keyed by [key]. The VCF file may be omitted and read from stdin. The average of the field is used if it contains multiple values.
