Installing minirsyslogd:

1. Edit "Makefile" and make sure that the install directories are
   to your liking. They default to:
   Binaries: /usr/local/sbin/
   Man pages: /usr/man/

2. Run "make install"

3. Read "Quick Getting-Started Guide" in "man minirsyslogd"
