Expected for 0.7.0:

* Allow users to specify output image size
* Display generated image plots
* Dump tr1 shared_ptr (boost is required anyway)
* Move the information dump from the console plotter to main()

Expected before 1.0:

* Handle free-form bitrate

Maybe at some point:

* Dynamic loading of graphics libraries DLLs on Windows
* Support for Ogg Vorbis
* SVG output

Done already:
* Handle Layers I and II. Where their specs deviate from Layer III, mp3plot
  fails [From 0.6.0, needs more testing before declaring complete]
