1RedBoot FLASH Image System (FIS) Partitions
2===========================================
3
4The FLASH Image System (FIS) directory is a flash description
5format closely associated with the RedBoot boot loader.
6
7It uses one single flash eraseblock in the flash to store an index of
8all images in the flash.
9
10This block size will vary depending on flash but is typically
1132 KB in size.
12
13Required properties:
14- compatible : (required) must be "redboot-fis"
15- fis-index-block : (required) a index to the eraseblock containing
16 the FIS directory on this device. On a flash memory with 32KB
17 eraseblocks, 0 means the first eraseblock at 0x00000000, 1 means the
18 second eraseblock at 0x00008000 and so on.
19
20Example:
21
22flash@0 {
23	partitions {
24		compatible = "redboot-fis";
25		fis-index-block = <0>;
26	};
27};
