It is also known as STP4020, the name 51of the chipset used to implement it, and has SUN part number 501-2367. 52.Pp 53The firmware assigns two interrupt levels to the nell, but the driver only 54needs a single interrupt. 55Depending on distribution of interrupt levels on your machine you might 56prefer the driver to use either the first (use flags value 0) or the second 57(use flags value 1). 58.Sh SEE ALSO 59.Xr pcmcia 4 , 60.Xr sbus 4 61.Sh BUGS 62The driver provides a big-endian pcmcia bus, which is wrong in the 63.Nx 64context. Due to missing/incomplete documentation of the chipset it is not 65known for sure if the hardware has any byteswapping mode. For sparc64 systems 66this can easily be worked around in software, so this will be fixed. For 67sparc systems, the fix might impose a serious performance degration and is 68subject of further research. 69.Pp 70This means that currently some cards will work (because they are using 8 bit 71access only), including com and ray cards. Most cards will not work. For 72the wi driver, there is a hack to make it accept a big-endian bus. Be sure to 73only use it if this is the only wi card in your system: 74.Pp 75.Cd "options WI_AT_BIGENDIAN_BUS_HACK" 76.Cd "wi* at pcmcia? function ?" 77
