The following items are needed by the Computer Systems Research Group 
and the University of California to complete the purchase of release
4.4BSD-Lite of the Fourth Berkeley Software Distribution:

TWO signed copies of the Berkeley License Agreement for 4.4
BSD-Lite with original signatures. 
(One completed copy will be returned after it is signed by a representative 
of The Regents of the University of California).

A PREPAYMENT check for U.S. $1,000.00. (WE DO NOT INVOICE!)
