To build a document, pipe the bottom list through column -c140, making
it two columns wide (remove the .TE at the end of the file first).
Then, compress multiple tabs into a single tab, and do "dtbl list |
psroff". DON'T SAVE THE FILE IN COLUMNATED FORM, IT'S HARD TO UNDO!
Be careful sorting the list, there are some entries that span two
two lines.
