After this commit we're only left with things like atkbd, sio, etc.

bt(4): Remove support for ISA adapters.

The driver also supports PCI cards and we do want to keep this support,
because it is offered by current VirtualBox, for example.

isa.4: List amdsbwd(4) and ichwd(4).

aic(4): Remove ISA attachment.

The only support that remains (and works) is for AHA-1460 PC Card adapters.

While here, reduce differences with FreeBSD a bit.

kernel: Nuke the old (and deprecated) ata(4) driver and atacontrol(8).

It's been replaced by nata(4)/natacontrol(8) since more than 4 years.
