Initial import of binutils 2.22 on the new vendor branch
Future versions of binutils will also reside on this branch rather than continuing to create new binutils branches for each new version.

Set the default DESTDIR to /var/vkernel when the platform is vkernel.
This saves some keystrokes as long as you use the standard installation location for vkernel(as shown in vkernel(7)).

Add two variables to adjust where to install kernel and modules.
DESTLABEL common suffix added to kernel and modules directory. for example, `make DESTLABEL=test installkernel' installs them as /boot/kernel.test and /boot/modules.test, respectively.
DESTKERNDIR where to install kernel and modules, /boot by default.
Add /sys/conf/kern.path.mk to define default paths for kernel and modules. Also move KMOD* definitions to /sys/conf/kmod.mk where it really belongs.

vkernel - Fix installkernel target
The recommended command to install a vkernel is ATM:
make -DNO_MODULES installkernel KERNCONF=VKERNEL DESTDIR=/var/vkernel
This installed the plain kernel into /var/vkernel. Due to the introduction of the new loader (dloader), the installkernel target refused to work, because it could not find a boot/ directory.
Skip the error message about missing boot/ and skip the creation of the kernel.old/ backup directory when installing a vkernel kernel.

boot system and buildkernel - Remove the thrice damned forth interpreter
* Remove the forth interpreter from the build. The last straw was when I tried to fix the module path and 6 hours later still couldn't get it right.
* Write a C based menu system and loader, replacing what the forth code used to do. This is about 85% complete (tftp and boot chaining issues are not handled). This took exactly one day to do, by the way.
* Reformulate installkernel to now create a directory /boot/kernel.blah and place the kernel and modules inside that directory.
