kernel and world - Replace bcmp/bcopy/bzero/memcmp/memcpy/memmove/memset
* Replace bcmp/bcopy/bzero/memcmp/memcpy/memmove/memset with mjg's code, with some minor adjustments.
* mjg's code has been given its own header file, <machine/asm_mjgmacros.h>
* Also replaces copyin and copyout.
* Around a 1.7% improvement in bulk-build performance.

cpu/asm.h: Use optimal alignment for assembly functions on x86_64.
Entry point at 16 byte boundary is better for x86_64. Preserve previous alignment for sys/boot/ 32bit loader.

pg: Add missing dummy stack frames for mcount for x86_64.
Safer to do it in a single place than miss one in assembly function. Fixes segfaults for c++ runtime library with profiled libc(strcmp.S).
