kernel and world - Replace bcmp/bcopy/bzero/memcmp/memcpy/memmove/memset

* Replace bcmp/bcopy/bzero/memcmp/memcpy/memmove/memset with mjg's
code, with some minor adjustments.

* mjg's code has been given its own header file,
<machine/asm_mjgmacros.h>

* Also replaces copyin and copyout.

* Around a 1.7% improvement in bulk-build performance.

kernel: Remove kernel profiling bits.

It was broken on i386, is even more broken on x86_64 and isn't
worth fixing.

cpu/asm.h: Use optimal alignment for assembly functions on x86_64.

Entry point at 16 byte boundary is better for x86_64.
Preserve previous alignment for sys/boot/ 32bit loader.

# b04b1f71 02-Jul-2017 zrj <rimvydas.jasinskas@gmail.com>

pg: Add missing dummy stack frames for mcount for x86_64.

Safer to do it in a single place than miss one in assembly function.
Fixes segfaults for c++ runtime library with profiled libc(strcmp.S).

* endian.h is obsoleted by the sys/cpu/x86_64/include/endian.h.

* Added #ifdef-s to sys/cpu/x86_64/include/asm.h to handle the __i386__
