kernel - wbsio: support NCT6776F (0xc3); supported by lm(4) as W83627DHG (0xc1)

The sc_devid value of struct wbsio_softc is used to pass the device id
of the SUPERIO chipset to lm, so it can decide whether it's actually an
NCT6776F or the W83627DHG.

# 6ab5c081 17-Aug-2010 Sascha Wildner <saw@online.de>

powermng: Fix some printf -> kprintf.

# 32af04f7 12-Dec-2009 Sascha Wildner <saw@online.de>

Remove inclusion of <sys/cdefs.h> from kernel .c files.

They are not needed and mostly leftovers from former __FBSDID and the
likes.

Also add some missing CVS ids to the comments.
