copy the time_t.

Elsewhere, avoid casting char * to int * by using memcpy().

Bump level WARNINGS to 3

Convert to usr.bin/ to LIBADD
Reduce overlinking

Build usr.bin/ with WARNS=6 by default.

Also add some missing $FreeBSD$ to keep svn happy.

MAN[1-9] -> MAN.
