locking/seqlock, headers: Untangle the spaghetti monster
By using lockdep_assert_*() from seqlock.h, the spaghetti monster attacked.
Attack back by reducing seqlock.h dependencies from two key high level headers:
- <linux/seqlock.h>: -Remove <linux/ww_mutex.h> - <linux/time.h>: -Remove <linux/seqlock.h> - <linux/sched.h>: +Add <linux/seqlock.h>
The price was to add it to sched.h ...
Core header fallout, we add direct header dependencies instead of gaining them parasitically from higher level headers:
- <linux/dynamic_queue_limits.h>: +Add <asm/bug.h> - <linux/hrtimer.h>: +Add <linux/seqlock.h> - <linux/ktime.h>: +Add <asm/bug.h> - <linux/lockdep.h>: +Add <linux/smp.h> - <linux/sched.h>: +Add <linux/seqlock.h> - <linux/videodev2.h>: +Add <linux/kernel.h>
Arch headers fallout:
- PARISC: <asm/timex.h>: +Add <asm/special_insns.h> - SH: <asm/io.h>: +Add <asm/page.h> - SPARC: <asm/timer_64.h>: +Add <uapi/asm/asi.h> - SPARC: <asm/vvar.h>: +Add <asm/processor.h>, <asm/barrier.h> -Remove <linux/seqlock.h> - X86: <asm/fixmap.h>: +Add <asm/pgtable_types.h> -Remove <asm/acpi.h>
There's also a bunch of parasitic header dependency fallout in .c files, not listed separately.

During the 2012 Media Workshop it was decided to split off the control definitions into their own v4l2-controls.h header, included by videodev2.h. Because controls make up such a large part of V4L2 they made it hard to read videodev2.h. Splitting off the control definitions makes life easier.

[media] v4l: Unify selection targets across V4L2 and V4L2 subdev interfaces
Change the users of V4L2_SUBDEV_SEL_TGT_* targets to use V4L2_SEL_TGT_* instead. The common definitions are moved to a new header file, include/linux/v4l2-common.h.

[media] V4L: Remove "_ACTIVE" from the selection target name definitions
This patch drops the _ACTIVE part from the selection target names as a prerequisite to unify the selection target names across the subdev and regular video node API.
The meaning of V4L2_SEL_TGT_*_ACTIVE and V4L2_SUBDEV_SEL_TGT_*_ACTUAL selection targets is logically the same. Different names add to confusion where both APIs are used in a single driver or an application. For some system configurations different names may lead to interoperability issues.
For backwards compatibility V4L2_SEL_TGT_CROP_ACTIVE and V4L2_SEL_TGT_COMPOSE_ACTIVE are defined as aliases to V4L2_SEL_TGT_CROP and V4L2_SEL_TGT_COMPOSE. These aliases will be removed after deprecation period, according to Documentation/feature-removal-schedule.txt.

[media] Fix regression in ioctl numbering
Yuck. The VIDIOC_(TRY_)DECODER_CMD ioctls already had ioctl numbers 96 and 97, and after merging the timings API I forgot to continue numbering from 98. So now we have two ioctls with number 96 and two with 97.
With the new table-driver ioctl handling in v4l2-ioctl.c it is essential that each ioctl has its own unique number, so let's fix this quickly for 3.5.

[media] V4L: Add camera 3A lock control
The V4L2_CID_3A_LOCK bitmask control allows applications to pause or resume the automatic exposure, focus and wite balance adjustments. It can be used, for example, to lock the 3A adjustments right before a still image is captured, for pre-focus, etc. The applications can control each of the algorithms independently, through a corresponding control bit, if driver allows that.
