Various updates to the INSTALL notes in preparation for 5.0. Changes
are still to come.

Update an URL for David Pilling's !SparkPlug. From prep.RISCOS rev 1.19.

Use \*[Lt] and \*[Gt] rather than '<' and '>' directly.

It's possible to launch the installation kernel by double-clicking it now.

Fix a couple of .Pa that should have been .Pp.

Correct another reference to BtNetBSD.zip.
Also spell "RISC OS" consistently and correctly throughout.

BtNetBSD is shipped as a Spark archive complete with RISC OS file types now,
which simplifies things considerably.

Fix sources of software.

boot32 can boot gzipped kernels (when it works at all), so there's no need
to require a standalone gunzip.

Fix a couple of error flagged by mdoc.

naming) or appendix B (credits), and mdoc, even the souped-up version used
for INSTALL, seems to be lacking a fourth-level header macro, which this
wants.

Of course, the presence of fourth-level headers does somewhat indicate that
this whole area wants cleaning up lots.
