Remove the \n and tabs from the __COPYRIGHT() strings.
Tweak to use a consistent format.

Bluetooth fixes by Iain Hibbert:
Remove bluetooth.conf stuff from bthcid(8), and use XML with proplib(3)
for keyfile. Also, associate keys with local and remote address.
