Remove hackery around /tmp/i/resolv.conf*. In particular "lookup file bind"
is required because of TLS servername for contacting ftp.openbsd.org, and
there is no point doing that in resolv.conf.tail

Replace dhclient with dhcpleased/resolvd on the ramdisk.
