Stop supporting longjmperror(); it's not used, not portable, and the checks
longjmp performs can't really be relied upon, even after we got rid of the
false positives...

Explicitly annotate setjmp() and longjmp() (and friends) as

First step in include files overhaul. Use __FOO_VISIBLE (as defined
in sys/cdefs.h) instead of _FOO_SOURCE. Also fix several namespace
