remove dpt(4) driver for DPT EATA SCSI RAID

Not built since 2006, and a mail from 2004 mentions no one having
hardware. Unsurprisingly it does not build with clang.

# 1447d400 04-Sep-2016 tedu <tedu@openbsd.org>

naddy discovered that bha no longer builds because it includes the now
deleted aha.h header. therefore bha must be dragged into the attic too.

# 9d0115e0 03-Sep-2016 tedu <tedu@openbsd.org>

the src tree is growing too large. delete the aha and ahb drivers in
order to make room for llvm. er, the llvm makefiles. er, some of them.

Incomplete section 4 mi manual page cleanup.
- make configuration lines match GENERIC files
- more Xr (hopefully usefule Xr)
- never mention intro(4) on non-physical devices (i.e. protocols), always
mention it for physical devices
- random text style and quoting fixes
- drivers ported from FreeBSD did mention rc.conf instead of hostname.if as
the place to put mediaopt
- some .Tn UNIX -> .Ox replacements
- etc, etc...
