Remove the advertising clause in the UCB license which Berkeley
rescinded 22 July 1999. Proofed by myself and Theo.

telnet used a P macro instead of __P -- g/c that too.

cleanup warnings.

encryption support from kth-krb 0.9.8 (kerberos only)
