monitor: introduce HumanReadableText and HMP support

This provides a foundation on which to convert simple HMP commands to
use QMP. The QMP implementation will generate formatted text targeted
for human consumption, returning it in the HumanReadableText data type.

The HMP command handler will simply print out the formatted string
within the HumanReadableText data type. Since this will be an entirely
formulaic action in the case of HMP commands taking no arguments, a
custom command handler is provided.

Thus instead of registering a 'cmd' callback for the HMP command, a
'cmd_info_hrt' callback is provided, which will simply be a pointer
to the QMP implementation.

qapi/qom: Add ObjectOptions for filter-*

This adds a QAPI schema for the properties of the filter-* objects.

Some parts of the interface (in particular NetfilterProperties.position)
are very unusual for QAPI, but for now just describe the existing

net.json can't be included in qom.json because the storage daemon
doesn't have it. NetFilterDirection is still required in the new object

schemas: Add vim modeline

The various schemas included in QEMU use a JSON-based format which
is, however, strictly speaking not valid JSON.

As a consequence, when vim tries to apply syntax highlight rules
for JSON (as guessed from the file name), the result is an unreadable
mess which mostly consist of red markers pointing out supposed errors
in, well, pretty much everything.

Using Python syntax highlighting produces much better results, and
in fact these files already start with specially-formatted comments
that instruct Emacs to process them as if they were Python files.

This commit adds the equivalent special comments for vim.

qapi: Split error.json off common.json

In my "build everything" tree, changing a type in qapi/common.json
triggers a recompile of some 3600 out of 6600 objects (not counting
tests and objects that don't depend on qemu/osdep.h).

One common dependency is QapiErrorClass: it's used only in in
qapi/error.h, which uses nothing else, and is widely included.

Move QapiErrorClass from common.json to new error.json. Touching
common.json now recompiles only some 2900 objects.

qapi: add SysEmuTarget to "common.json"

We'll soon need an enumeration type that lists all the softmmu targets
that QEMU (the project) supports. Introduce @SysEmuTarget to
"common.json".

The enum constant @x86_64 doesn't match the QAPI convention of preferring
hyphen ("-") over underscore ("_"). This is intentional; the @SysEmuTarget
constants are supposed to produce QEMU executable names when stringified
and appended to the "qemu-system-" prefix. Put differently, the
replacement text of the TARGET_NAME preprocessor macro must be possible to
look up in the list of (stringified) enum constants.

Like other enum types, @SysEmuTarget too can be used for discriminator
fields in unions. For the @i386 constant, a C-language union member called
"i386" would be generated. On mingw build hosts, "i386" is a macro
however. Add "i386" to "polluted_words" at once.

qapi-schema: Improve section headings

The generated QEMU QMP reference is now structured as follows:

1.1 Introduction
1.2 Stability Considerations
1.3 Common data types
1.4 Socket data types
1.5 VM run state
1.6 Cryptography
1.7 Block devices
1.7.1 Block core (VM unrelated)
1.7.2 QAPI block definitions (vm unrelated)
1.8 Character devices
1.9 Net devices
1.10 Rocker switch device
1.11 TPM (trusted platform module) devices
1.12 Remote desktop
1.12.1 Spice
1.12.2 VNC
1.13 Input
1.14 Migration
1.15 Transactions
1.16 Tracing
1.17 QMP introspection
1.18 Miscellanea

Section "1.18 Miscellanea" is still too big: it documents 134 symbols.
Section "1.7.1 Block core (VM unrelated)" is also rather big: 128
symbols. All the others are of reasonable size.

qapi-schema: Make block-core.json self-contained

Except for block-core.json, the sub-schemas are self-contained: if
they use a symbol defined in another sub-schema, they include that
sub-schema. To check, feed the sub-schema to qapi2texi (or any other
QAPI generator) along with the pragma from qapi-schema.json.

Fix up things to make block-core.json self-contained, too.
