Clean up inclusion of sysemu/sysemu.h

In my "build everything" tree, changing sysemu/sysemu.h triggers a
recompile of some 5400 out of 6600 objects (not counting tests and
objects that don't depend on qemu/osdep.h).

Almost a third of its inclusions are actually superfluous. Delete
them. Downgrade two more to qapi/qapi-types-run-state.h, and move one
from char/serial.h to char/serial.c.

hw/semihosting/config.c, monitor/monitor.c, qdev-monitor.c, and
stubs/semihost.c define variables declared in sysemu/sysemu.h without
including it. The compiler is cool with that, but include it anyway.

This doesn't reduce actual use much, as it's still included into
widely included headers. The next commit will tackle that.

keymap: fix keyup mappings

It is possible that the modifier state on keyup is different from the
modifier state on keydown. In that case the keycode lookup can end up
with different keys in case multiple keysym -> keycode mappings exist,
because it picks the mapping depending on modifier state.

To fix that change the lookup logic for keyup events. Instead of
looking at the modifier state check the key state and prefer a keycodes
where the key is in "down" state right now.

Fix that.

Note that parse_keyboard_layout() allocates the keymap, except when
it's parsing an include file. To keep error handling simple, move the
memory management to its caller init_keyboard_layout().

Convert multi-line fprintf() to warn_report()

Convert all the multi-line uses of fprintf(stderr, "warning:"..."\n"...
to use warn_report() instead. This helps standardise on a single
method of printing warnings to the user.

All of the warnings were changed using these commands:

'N;N;N;N;N;N;N; {s|fprintf(.*".*warning[,:] \(.*\)\\n"\(.*\));|warn_report("\1"\2);|Ig}' \
{} +

Indentation fixed up manually afterwards.

Some of the lines were manually edited to reduce the line length to below
80 charecters. Some of the lines with newlines in the middle of the
string were also manually edit to avoid checkpatch errrors.

The #include lines were manually updated to allow the code to compile.

Several of the warning messages can be improved after this patch, to
keep this patch mechanical this has been moved into a later patch.

ui: Use g_new() & friends where that makes obvious sense

g_new(T, n) is neater than g_malloc(sizeof(T) * n). It's also safer,
for two reasons. One, it catches multiplication overflowing size_t.
Two, it returns T * rather than void *, which lets the compiler catch
more type errors.

This commit only touches allocations with size arguments of the form

qemu-char: add support for U-prefixed symbols

This patch adds support for Unicode symbols in keymap files. This
feature was already used in some keyboard layouts in QEMU generated
from XKB (e.g. Arabic) but it wasn't implemented in QEMU source code.

There is no need for check of validity of the hex string after U character
because strtol returns 0 in case the conversion was unsuccessful.
