[WIN32K:NTUSER] Implement security infrastructure for NTUSER component
Implement a base security infrastructure with code that sets up a security descriptor for the service that we're going to connect through it. Such service is based upon a desktop and a window station.
=== DOCUMENTATION REMARKS === The authenticated user, represented by an access token that describes its security context, is the main holder and has ultimate power against the default created desktop and window station objects in USER. The authenticated user in question is the actual logged in user, this is the case when the server is impersonating a client. Administrators on the other hand have some share of power against default desktop but their power in question is extremely limited against the default window station as admins can only just enumerate the available and valid handle stations within a desktop.

[WIN32K:NTUSER] Fixes for NtUserCreateWindowStation(), IntCreateWindowStation() and NtUserOpenWindowStation(). CORE-11933 and PR #621.
We are potentially going to modify the window station name to be created or opened, by one with the format "Service-0x<luidhigh>-<luidlow>$", in case the user provides an empty name. Since we want to use the user-mode ObjectAttributes structure pointer so that the Object manager can correctly perform the access checks and the capture, we actually need to construct the new window station name in the user memory space! This allows us then to fetch the new name in the ObjectAttributes structure so that Ob can use it. All of this is performed under SEH.
For NtUserOpenWindowStation(), we also need to be Windows-compatible and detect whether user-mode gave instead the special "Service-0x00000000-00000000$" name (observed via API monitoring) that is used when one tries to open a window station with empty name.

[WIN32K:NTUSER] Get rid of the cached window station Name member, and instead just use the name stored in the NT Object's header. CORE-11933 and PR #621.
- Remove the related hack-FIXMEs; - Adjust NtUserGetObjectInformation() in accordance. - Retrieve the window-station/desktop object type string in NtUserGetObjectInformation() also from the NT Object's header.
Also simplify the UOI_FLAGS case of NtUserGetObjectInformation() by reading the handle inheritance information directly from the OBJECT_HANDLE_INFORMATION structure returned by ObReferenceObjectByHandle().

Create this branch to work on loading of different Kernel-Debugger DLL providers, and see whether it is possible to move KDBG from ntoskrnl to a new DLL called, say, KDROSDBG.DLL.
The idea then would be to have the following behaviour (when specifying the following options in the kernel command line):
/DEBUGPORT=COMi --> load KDCOM.DLL and use COMi port (i == 1,2,3,4) if possible. /DEBUGPORT=FOO --> load KDFOO.DLL (useful for KDUSB.DLL, KD1394.DLL, KDBAZIS.DLL for VirtualKD, etc...) /DEBUGPORT=ROSDBG:[COMi|SCREEN|FILE|GDB|...] --> load KDROSDBG.DLL which contains the ROS kernel debugger, and use COMi or SCREEN or... as output port.

[WIN32K] - Start to implement NtUserConsoleControl to allow the console server define Console Window Class atom. - In UserInitialize, initialize the current thread by a call to UserCreateThreadInfo. - In UserCreateThreadInfo, set the TIF_CSRSSTHREAD flag for threads created by CSRSS. - In NtUserQueryWindow, when querying the process/thread ID associated to a given window, check whether the window was created by CSRSS and if so, if this is a Console window, get the process/thread ID of the associated console process (console leader process), instead of the CID of CSRSS.
[CONSRV] - Introduce the concept of console leader process (to be used as the process owning the console window). - Introduce extra console window information to store the PID and TID of the console leader process via new internal flags to be used by GetWindowLong. - Effectively set the console window console leader CID at its creation. - Improve CsrInitConsole to set a console leader process to the console being created.
This fixes http://jira.reactos.org/browse/CORE-122 in this branch.
[CONSRV-WIN32K] Fix various code misspellings.
