Fix build with NO_OPENSSL set
In addition to several missing CFLAGS to point to the private libressl headers, various issues related to libressl were fixed. These were exposed by setting NO_OPENSSL

In addition to several missing CFLAGS to point to the private libressl headers, various issues related to libressl were fixed. These were exposed by setting NO_OPENSSL in make.conf (and they were obscured when the compiler found the original openssl headers).

Sweep-fix comparing pointers with 0 (and assigning 0 to pointers).
For better readability, don't compare pointers with 0 or assign 0 to them. Use NULL instead.
The change was done with coccinelle.

It's ok to move this code outside of crypto/ because it doesn't actually contain any crypto -- only routines that call the crypto functions. This keeps the code centralized, and the usual make.conf defines will control what gets built (the default is still non-kerberos and with crypto).
