RDMA/cxgb4: Fix RDMA_CM_EVENT_UNREACHABLE error for iWARP
ip_dev_find() always returns real net_device address, whether traffic is running on a vlan or real device, if traffic is over vlan, filling endpoint struture with real ndev and an attempt to send a connect request will results in RDMA_CM_EVENT_UNREACHABLE error. RDMA/cxgb4: Added NULL check for lookup_atid
The lookup_atid() function can return NULL if the ATID is invalid or does not exist in the identifier table, which could lead to dereferencing a null pointer without a check in the `act_establish()` and `act_open_rpl()` functions. Add a NULL check to prevent null pointer dereferencing.

The prandom_u32() function has been a deprecated inline wrapper around get_random_u32() for several releases now, and compiles down to the exact same code. Replace the deprecated wrapper with a direct call to the real function. The same also applies to get_random_int(), which is just a wrapper around get_random_u32(). This was done as a basic find and replace.

RDMA/cxgb4: fix accept failure due to increased cpl_t5_pass_accept_rpl size
Commit 'c2ed5611afd7' has increased the cpl_t5_pass_accept_rpl{} structure size by 8B to avoid roundup. cpl_t5_pass_accept_rpl{} is a HW specific structure and increasing its size will lead to unwanted adapter errors. Current commit reverts the cpl_t5_pass_accept_rpl{} back to its original and allocates zeroed skb buffer there by avoiding the memset for iss field. Reorder code to minimize chip type checks.

iw_cxgb4: Use memset_startat() for cpl_t5_pass_accept_rpl
In preparation for FORTIFY_SOURCE performing compile-time and run-time field bounds checking for memset(), avoid intentionally writing across neighboring fields.
Use memset_startat() so memset() doesn't get confused about writing beyond the destination member that is intended to be the starting point of zeroing through the end of the struct. Additionally, since everything appears to perform a roundup (including allocation), just change the size of the struct itself and add a build-time check to validate the expected size.

Using uninitialized_var() is dangerous as it papers over real bugs[1] (or can in the future), and suppresses unrelated compiler warnings (e.g. "unused variable"). If the compiler thinks it is uninitialized, either simply initialize the variable or make compiler changes.
In preparation for removing[2] the[3] macro[4], remove all remaining needless uses with the following script:
git grep '\buninitialized_var\b' | cut -d: -f1 | sort -u | \ xargs perl -pi -e \ 's/\buninitialized_var\(([^\)]+)\)/\1/g; s:\s*/\* (GCC be quiet|to make compiler happy) \*/$::g;'
drivers/video/fbdev/riva/riva_hw.c was manually tweaked to avoid pathological white-space.
No outstanding warnings were found building allmodconfig with GCC 9.3.0 for x86_64, i386, arm64, arm, powerpc, powerpc64le, s390x, mips, sparc64, alpha, and m68k.
