When partitioning a mbuf chain with m_split() the last mbuf of the returned
tail chain is not necessarily the same as the last mbuf of the initial chain.

Always set "slp->ns_rawend" to the last mbuf

tail chain is not necessarily the same as the last mbuf of the initial chain.

Always set "slp->ns_rawend" to the last mbuf of the tail chain to prevent
mbuf leaks and corruption.

Change about 4500 of the K&R function definitions to ANSI ones.
There are still about 1600 left, but they have ',' or /* ... */
in the actual variable definitions - which my awk script doesn't handle

There are also many that need () -> (void).
(The script does handle misordered arguments.)

Remove all the __P() from sys (excluding sys/dist)
Diff checked with grep and MK1 eyeball.
i386 and amd64 GENERIC and sys still build.

Make the emulations, exec formats, coredump, NFS, and the NFS server
into modules. By and large this commit:

- shuffles header files and ifdefs
- splits code out where necessary to be modular
- adds

- adds module glue for each of the components
- adds/replaces hooks for things that can be installed at runtime
