Julian Elischer's scsi code was not part of 386BSD 0.1. It was posted to
comp.unix.bsd and was part of the 0.2.2 patchkit. The first two commits
to NetBSD were 386BSD 0.1 and the 0.2.2 patches.

Cleanup xrefs under SEE ALSO. Specifically:
