hw/sparc: Make grlib-irqmp device handle its own inbound IRQ lines
Currently the GRLIB_IRQMP device is used in one place (the leon3 board), but instead of the device providing inbound gpio lines for the board to wire up, the board code itself calls qemu_allocate_irqs() with the handler function being a set_irq function defined in the code for the device.
Refactor this into the standard setup of a device having input gpio lines.
This fixes a trivial Coverity memory leak report (the leon3 board code leaks the IRQ array returned from qemu_allocate_irqs()).

Move QOM typedefs and add missing includes
Some typedefs and macros are defined after the type check macros. This makes it difficult to automatically replace their definitions with OBJECT_DECLARE_TYPE.
Patch generated using:
$ ./scripts/codeconverter/converter.py -i \ --pattern=QOMStructTypedefSplit $(git grep -l '' -- '*.[ch]')
which will split "typdef struct { ... } TypedefName" declarations.
Followed by:
$ ./scripts/codeconverter/converter.py -i --pattern=MoveSymbols \ $(git grep -l '' -- '*.[ch]')
which will: - move the typedefs and #defines above the type check macros - add missing #include "qom/object.h" lines if necessary

leon3: use qemu_irq framework instead of callback as property
"set_pin_in" property is used to define a callback mechanism where the device says "call the callback function, passing it an opaque cookie and a 32-bit value". We already have a generic mechanism for doing that, which is the qemu_irq. So we should just use that.

In my "build everything" tree, changing hw/qdev-properties.h triggers a recompile of some 2700 out of 6600 objects (not counting tests and objects that don't depend on qemu/osdep.h).
Many places including hw/qdev-properties.h (directly or via hw/qdev.h) actually need only hw/qdev-core.h. Include hw/qdev-core.h there instead.
hw/qdev.h is actually pointless: all it does is include hw/qdev-core.h and hw/qdev-properties.h, which in turn includes hw/qdev-core.h. Replace the remaining uses of hw/qdev.h by hw/qdev-properties.h.
While there, delete a few superfluous inclusions of hw/qdev-core.h.
Touching hw/qdev-properties.h now recompiles some 1200 objects.

sparc/leon3 irqmp: fix IRQ software ack
With the LEON3 IRQ controller IRQs can be acknowledged 2 ways: * Explicitly by software writing to the CLEAR_OFFSET register * Implicitly when the procesor is done running the trap handler attached to the IRQ.
The actual IRQMP code only allows the implicit processor triggered IRQ ack. If software write explicitly to the CLEAR_OFFSET register, this will clear the pending bit in the register value but this will not lower the ongoing raised IRQ with the processor. The IRQ will be kept raised to the LEON processor until the related trap handler is run and the processor implicitly ack the interrupt. So with the actual IRQMP code trap handler have to be run even if the software has already done its job by clearing the pending bit.
This feature has been tested on another LEON3 simulator (tsim_leon3 from Gaisler) and it turns out that the Qemu implementation is not equivalent to the tsim one. In tsim, if software does clear a pending interrupt before the related interrupt handler is triggered the said interrupt handler will not be called.
This patch brings the Qemu IRQMP implementation in line with the tsim implementation by allowing IRQ to be acknowledged by software only.

qdev: Replace cannot_instantiate_with_device_add_yet with !user_creatable
cannot_instantiate_with_device_add_yet was introduced by commit efec3dd631d94160288392721a5f9c39e50fb2bc to replace no_user. It was supposed to be a temporary measure.
When it was introduced, we had 54 cannot_instantiate_with_device_add_yet=true lines in the code. Today (3 years later) this number has not shrunk: we now have 57 cannot_instantiate_with_device_add_yet=true lines. I think it is safe to say it is not a temporary measure, and we won't see the flag go away soon.
Instead of a long field name that misleads people to believe it is temporary, replace it a shorter and less misleading field: user_creatable.
Except for code comments, changes were generated using the following Coccinelle patch:

hw: cannot_instantiate_with_device_add_yet due to pointer props
Pointer properties can be set only by code, not by device_add. A device with a pointer property can work with device_add only when the property may remain null.
This is the case for property "interrupt_vector" of device "etraxfs,pic". Add a comment there.
Set cannot_instantiate_with_device_add_yet for the other devices with pointer properties, with a comment explaining why.
Juha Riihimäki and Peter Maydell deserve my thanks for making "pointer property must not remain null" blatantly obvious in the OMAP devices.
Only device "smbus-eeprom" is actually changed. The others are all sysbus devices, which get cannot_instantiate_with_device_add_yet set in their abstract base's class init function. Setting it again in their class init function is technically redundant, but serves as insurance for when sysbus devices become available with device_add, and as documentation.
