This concerns the dual licensing of MAXR. While the game itself and all
it's source is released under the GPL some files are not. That files
are basically all files named "info.pcx" in each unit folder under
buildings and vehicles. The artwork of these files is based on pictures
from the wiki commons (http://commons.wikimedia.org) and released under
CC BY-SA 3.0 (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/).

While the units displayed on the pictures are completly free and new
recreations the backgrounds used on some pictures are from the following
authors and sources:
