1This was originally taken from http://nmea.sourceforge.net, which is now dead. 2 3A fork is alive and well at https://gitlab.com/fhuberts/nmealib, however in the meantime we've diverged considerably and pulling in the changes from the fork is not trivial. Still, the new upstream makes a good reference when working here or checking on bugs! 4
