C 4 user.chk - Checks key files in user home directories for world writability. user.chk This checks the following "." files in all of the user home directories (it calls getpwent() to get user directories) for world writability:

profile login emacsrc
cshrc bashrc kshrc
tcshrc rhosts netrc
forward dbxinit distfile
exrc

It also looks to see if the netrc file is readable as well.
