Drop the use of ppc4xx_init() and duplicate a bit of code related to clocks in the SoC realize routine. We will clean that up in the following patches.
ppc_dcr_init() simply allocates default DCR handlers for the CPU. Maybe this could be done in model initializer of the CPU families needing it.

It is an initial model to start QOMification of the PPC405 board. QOM'ified devices will be reintroduced one by one. Start with the memory regions, which name prefix is changed to "ppc405".

Use g_new() & friends where that makes obvious sense
g_new(T, n) is neater than g_malloc(sizeof(T) * n). It's also safer, for two reasons. One, it catches multiplication overflowing size_t. Two, it returns T * rather than void *, which lets the compiler catch more type errors.
This commit only touches allocations with size arguments of the form sizeof(T).

hw/ppc/ppc405_uc: Drop use of ppcuic_init()
Switch the ppc405_uc boards to directly creating and configuring the UIC, rather than doing it via the old ppcuic_init() helper function.
We retain the API feature of ppc405ep_init() where it passes back something allowing the callers to wire up devices to the UIC if they need to, even though neither of the callsites currently makes use of this ability -- instead of passing back the qemu_irq array we pass back the UIC DeviceState.
This fixes a trivial Coverity-detected memory leak where we were leaking the array of IRQs returned by ppcuic_init().

In my "build everything" tree, changing hw/irq.h triggers a recompile of some 5400 out of 6600 objects (not counting tests and objects that don't depend on qemu/osdep.h).
hw/hw.h supposedly includes it for convenience. Several other headers include it just to get qemu_irq and.or qemu_irq_handler.
Move the qemu_irq and qemu_irq_handler typedefs from hw/irq.h to qemu/typedefs.h, and then include hw/irq.h only where it's still needed. Touching it now recompiles only some 500 objects.

hw/ppc: Move ppc40x_*reset() functions from ppc405_uc.c to ppc.c
Currently, it is not possible to build a QEMU binary without the ppc405_uc.c file, even if you do not want to have the embedded machines in the binary. This is bad since it's quite a bit of code and this code pulls in some more dependencies (e.g. via the usage of serial_mm_init()) which would not be needed otherwise - especially with the upcoming Kconfig-style configuration system for QEMU.
The only functions from this file which are really always required for linking are the ppc40x_*reset() functions, so move these functions to ppc.c, close to the ppc40x_set_irq() function that calls them. Now we can flag ppc405_uc.c and ppc4xx_devs.c with the CONFIG_PPC4XX config switch, too.
And while we're at it, replace the printf()s in these ppc40x_*reset() functions with proper calls to qemu_log_mask().

avoid TABs in files that only contain a few
Most files that have TABs only contain a handful of them. Change them to spaces so that we don't confuse people.
disas, standard-headers, linux-headers and libdecnumber are imported from other projects and probably should be exempted from the check. Outside those, after this patch the following files still contain both 8-space and TAB sequences at the beginning of the line. Many of them have a majority of TABs, or were initially committed with all tabs.
